Description
Ingredients: stinging nettle, red raspberry leaf, oregano, mullein.
What you’ll need: Tea strainer and a heat-safe glass jar or mug.
Directions: Place 1 teaspoon of herbs in a heat-safe glass jar or other non-plastic container. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the herbs. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain and enjoy!
For Steaming:
Add about ¼–½ cup of the herbal blend to 4–6 cups of hot water in a heat-safe bowl or steaming basin. Cover and allow the herbs to steep for 10–15 minutes. Remove the cover and let the steam cool until it feels comfortably warm — never hot. Sit above the bowl or basin without allowing the skin to touch the water and steam for 10–15 minutes. Stop immediately if you feel burning, irritation, dizziness, or discomfort.
For external use only when steaming. Do not use during pregnancy, immediately after childbirth, during heavy bleeding, or if you have open wounds, irritation, or an active vaginal/pelvic infection. Vaginal steaming is not medically proven to treat or prevent health conditions and may cause burns or irritation if the steam is too hot. Consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns
